In an exclusive interview, Autumn opens up about her musical journey, her favorite moments, and her vibrant personality beyond the drum kit.
Q: What’s your favorite part of taking music lessons at MMW?
A: “Having Devin as my teacher is so fun and having all the opportunities that MMW provides like the band and the recitals are super cool to meet everyone else that takes lessons at MMW!”
Q: What’s your favorite song to play?
A: “My favorite song is Misery Business by Paramore. I’ve loved Paramore since I was little, and the song is so fun to play on drums.”
Q: Can you share your favorite musical memory?
A: “Playing at the Rebel Lounge was so amazing. I’ve seen so many of my favorite artists there, and to get to perform on the same stage as them was so cool.”
Q: Which famous artist would you like to meet?
A: “I would love to meet Hayley Williams. I’ve gotten compared to her before, and I would love to meet her; she seems so amazing.”
Q: Tell us more about yourself!
A: “I love crocheting and doing art. I have 2 ferrets named June and Jasper. I do theater at Chandler Youth Theater, and I’m in Junie B. Jones as Gladys the lunch lady, who’s my favorite!!”
